KCBG aims to conserve the future of the honeybee and support beekeepers in the in the local area by :

• Improving the standard of beekeeping;
• Providing education and training in the craft of beekeeping;
• Producing and distributing educational materials;
• Promoting the study and development of apiculture and honeybee products in the local area;
• Sharing the heritage, culture and science of beekeeping amongst the membership and wider community;
• Working to conserve the honeybee and the natural environment by promoting the importance of bees in the environment;

We share these aims with Aberdeen and District Beekeepers’ Association, Moray Beekeepers’ Association and the Scottish Beekeepers Association.
